ARL BTR Annual Conference (11.24)

The Association of Rental Living (ARL)very kindly invited Philip to speak at their annual BTR conference at the Islington Design Centre in London.

The topic was "Learning from hospitality and other sectors - what we can learn regards operations and service in BTR?" and Philip presented compelling data from the hotel world to help inform the BTR world. He also moderated a panel and fielded questions from the audience.
