21st Whitebridge New Year Hotel Investment Summit (01.26)

Together with our dear friends and co-hosts at Mayer Brown and HotStats, Nick and Philip celebrated their 21st New Year Summit in central London with over 200 friends and colleagues from the sector.

Michael Grove gave detailed insights into how hotel markets performed around the globe in 2025 and hosted a mini quiz to get the audience thinking. Well done, Mike.

Philip presented his usual mix of fact and fun, providing high level insights into transaction trends around EMEA and reviewing Phil's Forecasts from last year (5 out of 7, a good score) and presenting his ideas for 2026.
