Nick trained with the Savoy Hotel Group in London and with Holiday Inn in Zurich and California before becoming a general manager of a number of hotels and resorts in the UK and the Caribbean. He was group operations director for Barratt International Resorts before establishing his own successful hotel company that has owned four hotels, a feature city centre restaurant and held a management agreement for the UK's leading timeshare resort.

Nick was a managing consultant with Deloitte's hotel and property-based leisure team for seven years before joining KPMG as head of Travel, Leisure & Tourism Advisory Services for a similar period. In 2007 Nick became managing director of Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality and rapidly grew hotel advisory, valuation and transaction services with a pan-European team of 25 specialists.

In establishing Whitebridge Hospitality in 2011 with his co-directors, who have worked together at both KPMG and Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality, Nick is looking forward to assisting clients to optimise their investments in hotel, resort and leisure assets.

Philip has gained extensive experience as both an operator and a professional adviser, and began his hotel career at Trusthouse Forte, where he held senior operational roles in hotels in London and was seconded to a hotel in Morocco. Professional positions have included Managing Consultant at PKF Hotels London in the 1990's, Senior Manager at KPMG and a Partner of Cushman & Wakefield LLP in London. Philip has also run his own consultancy practice in Cyprus, working extensively in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. During his rich and varied career, Philip was also a founding director of a European hotel operator specialising in small luxury hotels.

In 2011, Philip and his fellow partners established Whitebridge Hospitality Limited. During his career, Philip has worked with a wide variety of international operators, multinational institutions, governments, companies, developers, owners and wealthy individuals around the world.

Kerrie has extensive experience as a professional adviser to hospitality clients and has worked with global hospitality organisations across the spectrum including hotels, visitor attractions, online distributors and restaurants for over 15 years.    

After qualifying as an accountant, Kerrie joined KPMG where she became a key member of the Travel, Leisure & Tourism Advisory team. Whilst at KPMG, Kerrie worked on a range of consulting projects advising clients on strategy, development, commercial due diligence and performance improvement, predominantly in the UK and Europe. 

Kerrie subsequently joined PKF Hospitality where she worked with international brands including Hilton, Marriott and Best Western.  More recently Kerrie worked as a freelance hospitality consultant working directly with clients to assist with development projects throughout the lifecycle and managing business transformation initiatives.   During this time she was also part of the England 2018 World Cup bid team.

Kerrie is a member of HOSPA (formerly the British Association of Hospitality Accountants) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW).

Stephen has specialized in the hotel real estate sector for over 40 years. His career started as Managing Director of a hotel consulting firm - Routels Ltd - in the seventies, and then Stephen became Head of International Hotels at Knight Frank in 1994. After 5 years Stephen went to live in the United States where he became Managing Director at InterBank Brener - a large hotel consulting and brokerage firm with offices across the US.

In 2004 Stephen returned to the UK and became a consultant to a number of groups including BNP Paribas Real Estate, the Al-Babtain Group Kuwait, Palmerston Hotels & Resorts, Allied Commercial PLC, and Lancer the asset manager of major Abu Dhabi real estate interests in the UK.

Stephen has specialized since the 1980's in international hotel real estate hotels and developments and has sold over £2.5 billion of hotel assets during his career.

He has a MA from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Helene is a sustainable tourism, hospitality and economic development expert with over 20 years' international experience gained in both the private and public sector. Her extensive knowledge and skills cover a broad spectrum of key issues ranging from strategy formulation to sustainable destination planning and from assessment of financial viability to enhancing destination competitiveness.

Helene started her career as a tourism consultant and worked on a wide range of consultancy assignments for Carl Bro International where she was initially based in Copenhagen, Denmark before being seconded to Johannesburg, South Africa.

She then joined PKF Hotel Consultancy Services in London conducting numerous hotel feasibility and market studies as well as preparing tourism strategies and reviews in destinations as far flung as Denmark, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.

Previously, Helene worked as destination development manager for the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA), where she managed a comprehensive tourism development programme for the Hastings & Bexhill area as part of large coastal economic regeneration programme.

More recently Helene has been working as an independent consultant advising a wide range of private and public sector clients including the Icelandic Government on developing a long-term strategy for the Icelandic tourism industry focusing on green growth and attracting sustainable foreign direct investment. In South East England she has prepared a strategic tourist accommodation study for the coastal resort of Eastbourne.

Helene is a fellow of the Tourism Society and a member of the British Hospitality Professionals Association.
